The newspaper La Tribune (Lagos Moreno ) will launch the 1st issue of its third season tomorrow (Saturday 20 February ) and, as has happened since the first, my monkeys are present (perhaps with a tinge a bit more locally, but my monkeys at the end).
For now here is the scoop them. This speaks of the excess cardboard potholes and the few government actions of the City Hall at 50 days of starting.
The Tribune is the first free distribution and numbers only circulate in Lagos de Moreno ( gradually cover more space ).
